The new app is coming out soon and will debut in India at first. Indian users, however, can sign up with a phone number and email to find out when the app launches. Google announced the app at its event in Deli where the company is pushing new products aimed at the Indian market. There is no word on when it will be coming to other markets, but this should help people save on data plans while still being able to enjoy more entertainment.
